Hardin County Pet Protection’s Buried Treasure Thrift Shop provides grant funding to Kentucky 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that support homeless and at-risk animals. Eligible funding may be used for spay/neuter programs, veterinary expenses, pet food pantry initiatives, and essential supplies and equipment for shelters and nonprofit spay/neuter veterinary clinics. We do not fund salaries or administrative overhead or non-animal related programs. Most grants range from $500–$2,000. Larger requests are considered but less common.
